Welcome to Trpanj.net!
Seaside promenade at Dračevac
Trpanj attracts bathers with two bigger and several smaller beaches. Out of them the popular gravel beach Pozora is located in the center, right at the harbor. The beach offers shower and shade by pines and palm trees - due to its relatively small size, central location, the proximity to Trpanj's hotel and several more houses with accommodation, Pozora can become crowded during the season. Luka Beach on the eastern end of Trpanj is much more spacious, the coast here, just like on Pozora, is gravel, too. The round shaped Blace Bay, the western neighboor of Luka Bay, hides mud that is believed to have healing effects. Between Blace and the harbor two more tiny beaches can be found: Dračevac (with gravel entrance to the sea) and Zaborač (with concrete terraces). The coast between Blace and the harbor is rocky, its eastern side is used by naturists. On the other side of Trpanj, an asphalt road starts west of the harbor to end in the tiny bay Belečica with its beautiful beach. The beach itself is tiny, too, and can become full early during the summer season.
Trpanj, being an administrative center, is well equipped with shops, groceries, restaurants bars and such. Hotel Faraon has the highest number of beds for guests, besides the hotel several B&B-s, private apartments and rooms for rent offer accommodation in the town. Caravans and tents are hosted by Camp Vrila just above Luka Beach, on the eastern end of Trpanj.
